CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY FOR HELICOPTER JOYRIDE BOOKINGS
At Rajas Aerosports & Adventures Private Limited, we are committed to delivering an exceptional experience for all our customers. However, we understand that plans can change. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy:
Cancellation Terms:

Flight Cancelled by Rajas Aerosports & Adventures Private Limited: Full fare will be refunded.

Cancellations by Customer Up to 48 Hours Before Flight Departure: 90% of the total fare will be refunded.

Cancellations by Customer 25 to 47 Hours Before Flight Departure: 70% of the total fare will be refunded.

Cancellations by Customer 24 Hours or Less, Up to 1 Hour Before Flight Departure: 50% of the total fare will be refunded.

Cancellations by Customer Less Than 1 Hour Before Flight Departure: Considered a "No Show" – no refund will be provided.
Rescheduling Requests:

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled flight.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and will incur a nominal fee of ₹1,500.
Weather-Related or Technical Cancellations: In case of cancellations due to adverse weather conditions or technical issues beyond our control, passengers will be given the option to either free reschedule their flight or receive a full refund without deductions.
Refund Process: All eligible refunds will be processed within 15 working days of receiving the cancellation request.
Changes to Bookings: Name changes on confirmed bookings are strictly prohibited. Ensure that the name provided at the time of booking matches the traveler’s valid photo ID. Bookings are non-transferable.
Refund Claims for Cancelled Flights: If a flight is cancelled by Rajas Aerosports, the full booking amount will be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 15 days of the scheduled flight. Customers must claim their refund within 30 days of the scheduled flight via the website. Any claims made after this period will not be entertained.
Right to Deny Boarding: Rajas Aerosports reserves the right to deny boarding to any guest who:

Is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Poses a safety, health, or security risk.

Fails to present valid travel documents.
